Rebecca has worked in Porters since 1996, initially as a Saturday girl and is now the backbone of Porters.
As a leader, she prioritises the needs of the team and focuses her efforts on ensuring everyone is supported, qualified and up to date on the rules and regulations in the private housing sector for Wales.
She is a marvel at streamlining and creating efficient processes. If there's anything to know in the sales and lettings market, there's only one place to go for professional and up to date advice and guidance, her knowledge of the housing market is phenomenal.
In her spare time you'll either catch her walking her dog, on her travels, raising money for charity or climbing Mountains - the most recent fund raising event being a 100km across the Sahara!
Rebecca’s favourite thing about Bridgend is knowing someone everywhere you go - quite literally.
As a mother and stepmother to 5 children, Rebecca loves that her job allows her to work remotely and flexibly around whatever each day throws her way. But she’s never more than a phone call away to provide any support the team needs.
