Pencoed is located 4.6 miles from Bridgend. Situated just off junction 35 it is divided by the M4 motorway, with easy access to regualr bus routes and its own train station making it an ideal location for travel links with free park and ride for trains to Cardiff (35 minutes) and Swansea (50 minutes). 

Our very own Sherrie resides in Pencoed and is often spotted walking her beloved Harley around the area. The local leisure centre with its indoor swimming pool where lessons are available for children and adults, also hosts a sauna and gym. The leisure centre is situated on the further end of Pencoed with playing fields for local Pencoed Rugby, Football and Cricket club, who are always on the lookout for new recruits, from minis to seniors. For any golfing fanatics Coed Y Mwster Golf Club can be found just around the corner which also offers an ideal location for weddings and events. 

Pencoed has a comprehensive school and Bridgend college has a campus located in Pencoed for a wide range of land based and sport and recreation courses. Croesty and Pencoed Primary Schools are located in the heart of Pencoed.
